1. Desktop Support Engineer
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci.
- Preferably Staff specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
Job Description
-Troubleshoot and repair any computer related issue.
-To ensure supporting for critical area due to after office hour and on call schedule.
2. Data Center Engineer
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- IT Computer Networking knowledge
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci.
- Data Centre Engineer to maintain availability of data center services like Core Switch, Servers, Internet Service, PMLS Connection, etc
- Troubleshoot and repair any computer related issue
- To ensure supporting for critical area due to after office hour and on call schedule
- WAN & LAN routing & switching
